| Pertandingan Dinghies 2nd Wonderful Indonesia Nongsa Regatta 2017 |
Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan yang memiliki banyak tempat wisata terutama wisata bahari. Provinsi Kepulauan Riau sangat beruntung karena wisata baharinya terkenal di luar negeri.
Indonesia is an archipelago
country that has many tourist attractions, especially nautical tourism. Riau
Islands province is very fortunate because it’s nautical tourism is famous in abroad.
Kemarin bocah udik datang ke Nongsa Point Marina and Resort. Ternyata disana sedang dilaksanakan pertandingan akbar pada tanggal 20 januari hingga 22 januari 2017. Waktu itu bocah udik melihat banyak yacht yang parkir di marina.
Yesterday bocah udik came
to Nongsa Point Marina and Resort. T.here was being implemented for
the Games on 20 January until 22 January 2017. At that time bocah udik saw many
yachts parked in the marina.
Ya, itulah 2nd Wonderful Indonesia Nongsa Regatta 2017 yang digelar di Nongsa Point Marina & Resort Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Pertandingan terbesar itu dipersiapkan secara maksimal yang digelar secara rutin dan sudah dua kali digelar di tempat yang sama.

Wonderful Indonesia Nongsa Regatta 2017 held at Nongsa Point Marina &
Resort Batam, Riau Islands Province. The game was prepared so maximum,
which is held regularly and has twice held in the same place.
Acara regatta itu memanfaatkan angin utara (monsoon). Kecepatan minimum angin harus 6 knot atau lebih dari 11 km perjam. Jika saat regatta berlangsung dan cuaca cenderung hujan namun angin kencang, regatta tetap berjalan. Namun jika terdapat petir, para pelayar harus diberhentikan terlebih dahulu.
Events regatta use
northerly winds (monsoon). The minimum wind speed should be 6 knots or more
than 11 km per hour. If the regatta is held and the weather tends
to rain but a strong wind, the regatta is still running. But if there is storm, sailors must be stopped first.
2nd Wonderful Indonesia Regatta 2017 diikuti ratusan peserta dan supporter dari tujuh negara yaitu Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura, Filipina, Thailand, dan Australia. Sedangkan untuk pertandingan yang diperlombakan yaitu Keelboats, Dinghies, dan Radio control sailboat.
2nd Wonderful Indonesia
Regatta 2017 is followed by hundreds of participants and supporters from seven
countries, such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, and
Australia. As for the match is namely Keelboats, Dinghies, and radio control
sailboat.
Pertandingan keelboats diikuti oleh sembilan team yacht. Setiap team terdiri dari 6 - 8 pelayar. Mereka harus bekerjasama dalam mengendalikan perahu layarnya.
The race was followed by a
nine-team keelboats yacht. Each team consists of 6-8 gob. They should cooperate
in the control of his sailboat.

Cara penilaian keelboats dihitung berdasarkan waktu penghabisan dikali dengan handycap. Waktu yang paling kecil merupakan pemenangnya. Namun sebelumnya peserta harus mengarungi jarak hingga 1 mil dengan 2 hingga 3 kali putaran.

Saat melihat pertandingan keelboats, bocah udik bersama teman blogger lainnya menaiki kapal yang sudah disediakan oleh Nongsa Point Marina And Resort. Kami dibawa ke tengah laut untuk menyaksikan pertandingan tersebut. Terlihat dari kapal yang kami naiki, para pelayar terus bekerja keras untuk mengendalikan yacht.
When viewing the race of keelboats, bocah udik with friends the other
bloggers boarded the ship that has been provided by the Nongsa Point Marina And
Resort. We were taken out to sea to watch the match. Seen from the boat we were
on, sailors continued to work hard to control the yacht.
Angin utara yang kencang membuat kapal bergoyang sehingga perut bocah udik menjadi mual. Gelombang laut saling bersahutan menghantam kapal yang berlayar diatasnya.Terbukti kalau regatta sangat bergantung dengan angin utara (monsoon).
Strong north wind made the boat be rocked so the stomach of bocah udik became sick. Ocean waves which was shouted to each other hit the boat sailing
regatta on it. It is showed that relies heavily with northerly winds (monsoon).
Sebelum menyaksikan Keelboats, kami melihat pertandingan Dinghies terlebih dahulu. Pertandingan tersebut diikuti oleh 30 pelayar. Mereka seluruhnya berasal dari Indonesia. Dinghies dibagi menjadi dua kategori yaitu Dinghies Optimist dan Dinghies Laser.
Before saw Keelboats, we saw a match Dinghies first. The race was attended by 30 gob. They were all from Indonesia. Dinghies were divided into
two categories: Dinghies Optimist and Laser dinghies.
Ada perbedaan antara Dinghies Optimist dengan Dinghies Laser. Dinghies Optimist diikuti oleh pelayar yang berusia 15 tahun ke bawah dan dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu Laki-laki dan Perempuan. Sedangkan untuk Dinghies Laser untuk pelayar campuran dan berusia diatas 15 tahun. Selain itu ukuran dan bentuk boat-nya juga berbeda.

Optimist dinghies followed by sailors aged 15 and under and are divided into
two groups: Men and Women. As for the Laser Dinghies for gob mixture and aged

Cara penilaian Dinghies berdasarkan pelayar yang berhasil mencapai garis finish pertama kali. Jarak yang ditempuh pelayar dari garis start menuju garis finish sekitar 300 meter dengan dua kali putaran.
Dinghies votes by sailors managed to reach the finish line first. The
distance covered by salior from the starting line to the finish line about 300 meters
with two rounds.
Sementara itu, sebanyak enam orang pelayar mengikuti pertandingan radio control sailboat. Pelayar itu berasal dari luar negeri yang bekerja di Batam. Sambil memegang remote control, pelayar itu mengendalikan perahu layarnya masing-masing untuk menyelesaikan jarak sekitar 200 meter dengan dua kali putaran.
Meanwhile, six sailors joined the race of radio control
sailboat. The sailors came from abroad who is working in Batam. Holding the remote
control, sailors controls the sailboat to complete a distance about 200
meters with two rounds.
Saat radio control sailboat berlangsung, bocah udik berniat mengambil foto para pelayar yang sedang asyik duduk di kursi masing-masing. Namun terdengar dalam bahasa Inggris yang kalau diartikan, mereka tidak suka untuk diambil foto atau videonya. Jadi, bocah udik mengurungkan niat mengambil foto mereka.
When the radio control sailboat underway, bocah udik did intend to taking a photo of sailors who were busy sitting in their seats.
But the sounds in English that means, they did not like to take a photo or
video. So, bocah udik discouraged taking
photos of them.
Oh iya, Radio Control Sailboat merupakan pertandingan yang baru pertama kali digelar dalam 2nd Wonderful Indonesia Nongsa Regatta 2017. Pertandingan itu terlihat banyak diminati oleh para pelayar dari kalangan expatriate. Tidak menutup kemungkinan jika tahun depan, pertandingan Radio Control Sailboat akan diikuti juga dari pelayar Indonesia maupun manca negara.
Oh ya, Radio Control Sailboat was the first race which was held in
the 2nd Wonderful Indonesia Nongsa Regatta 2017. The race was seen in demand by
sailors of the expatriate. Not possible if the next year, the race would be
followed by Radio Control Sailboat also sailor from Indonesia and foreign countries.
Radio Control Sailboat itu juga mengundang antusias penonton. Orang yang melihat pertandingan itu sangat terhipnotis karena para pelayar hanya mengendalikan kapal layar mainannya menggunakan remote control. Sedangkan kecepatan kapal layar mainannya masih tetap menggunakan kecepatan angin utara.
Radio Control Sailboat also invited enthusiastic the audience. People who
saw the race was hypnotized because sailors only control toy sailboats using the
remote control. While the speed of the toy sailing ship is still use the north
wind speeds.

Selain diadakan di Indonesia, Regatta juga diadakan di Thailand dan Malaysia. Sehingga Wonderful Indonesia Nongsa Regatta itu diharapkan mampu menarik wisatawan dari manca negara.
In addition to be held in Indonesia, Regatta also held in Thailand and
Malaysia. So that, Wonderful Indonesia Nongsa Regatta is expected to attract
tourists from foreign in many countries.
Pertandingan Regatta di 2nd Wonderful Indonesia Nongsa Regatta 2017 melibatkan empat orang juri. Tiga diantaranya sudah berpengalaman di pertandingan Internasional. Keempat juri tersebut berasal dari Indonesia dan Singapura.
Race Regatta in 2nd Wonderful Indonesia Nongsa Regatta 2017 involving
four of the jurors. Three of them had experienced in international games.
Fourth jury were from Indonesia and Singapore.

Selalu seru memang tiap mengikuti regatta. Apalagi pas belayar ke tengah laut dan teriak2 krn kapal oleng hahaha
